Join Angela for a class online or in person!

We will stretch, find gentle movement, practice simple breathing exercises and learn to feel empowered and embodied using mindful movement. All levels welcome!

To sign up for online class, please fill out the contact form below and read and agree to the liability waiver. A password will be e-mailed to you so that you can access the Zoom class link. You are welcome to join class with or without video, we are just glad to have you practice with us!
