Gentle Flow
We transition quietly from form to form, typically finishing with deeper, more restful stretches.
Vinyasa
A more vigorous flow than gentle, using the breath as the guiding force and more freedom in sequencing and forms.
Restorative
A restful practice using props to assist in each form. Restorative yoga is designed to release tension deep within the body’s muscles, joints and ligaments.
Meditation
Quiet yoga that uses a longer time in each position or guided meditation/nidra.
Chair
An excellent option for those with limited mobility or who feel nervous about attending a traditional yoga class. This can be a wonderful starting point for people who have experienced complex trauma.
